GOLDEN LION
GENEVA AWARDS
"Through the Lens - To the World"
Season Finale: 5 February 2026
Dear festival participants!

On behalf of the entire festival team, we would like to express our sincere gratitude, respect, and admiration.

Each work you submit is more than just a project, a film, or a creative proposal. It represents hours, months, and sometimes years of work, doubts, exploration, inspiration, and challenges. Behind every minute of screen time lie vivid emotions, personal stories, bold ideas, and a deep desire to connect with the audience in the language of art.

We are deeply honored that you have entrusted our festival with your work. Thanks to you, the season's program has become truly multifaceted, profound, and international. We witnessed incredible genre diversity, strong directorial voices, bold visual solutions, and stories that touch, inspire, and provoke thought.

We know that the festival process is always exciting: anticipation, anxiety, and hope. But regardless of its final status, every work that has passed our selection has already become part of a larger creative event and professional dialogue.

You are a community of creators who shape the contemporary cultural landscape. Your films and projects raise important topics, discover new voices, and move the industry forward. This is precisely why our festival exists—to give a voice to talent, support bold expression, and unite creators from all over the world.

We sincerely thank you for:

— trust in our festival;
— high professional level of your work;
— respect for art and the audience;
— contribution to the formation of a strong competition program.

We hope that your participation has been more than just a competitive event for you, but also an inspiring experience, a new professional step, and a reason to move forward.

May new festivals, awards, recognition, powerful collaborations, and, most importantly, new stories to tell the world await you.

Thank you for being with us.
Thank you for your art.
And we look forward to seeing you again in future seasons!

With warmest regards,
The Festival Team
